Tak Bai Massacre

It is worrisome that  images of a massacre can inspire        loathsome revulsion and lust at the same time,
but the massacre of Muslim youngmen at
Tak Bai, Thailand, does both:

pre-selected for their beauty?

Does the beauty of the soldiers,
and the beauty of their youngmen,
add something critical to the impact of this images?
