This model and photo reminds me strongly of the Spanish model (Andres Velencoso Segura), an Italian photographer (Giampaolo Sgura) shown below from Young and Easy.  This model is Alejandro Cupito, I think from Uruguay.  I'll do a blog post just on him in Young and Easy.
